The program of the most important international congress of the sector of the Premium olive oil consisted of conferences by specialists, producers and chefs, as well as gala lunches and dinners. Gastronomic+34 coordinated the participation of the chefs in the event which included: Dani Garcia (Calima), María José San Román (Monastrell) and Kyle Connaughton (ex-chef of Fat Duck and one of the editors of the book Modernist Cuisine).
