Gastronomic +34 organized the event, which consisted of a wine, cava and Catalan gourmet products showroom, cooking workshops, wine tasting and a dinner for 150 guests. Carlos Tejedor (Via Veneto, one Michelin star) prepared both the workshop and the dinner. The Catalan firms had the opportunity to establish contacts with professionals with decision-taking power within the sector Horeca in the US. The Secretary of Agriculture, Fishery and Rural Action of Catalonia, Joaquín Llena attended the event, among other famous names.
