Spain Food & Passion +34, Dubai, March 2011

Gastronomic+34 has organized two events within the Gulfood fair. The first one has been the Tapas Competition “Spanish Tapas Full of Passion”, in which 26 local chefs participated. The second one was a Spanish dinner, which had 116 professional attendees of the sector HORECA, including the press and various famous names. The dinner was organized at the five-star hotel Radisson Blu.

Spain Food & Passion+34, Dubai, EUA, 2010

The principal chefs and professionals of the food service in the United Arab Emirates, a total of 140 people, took part in a cocktail tasting in the luxury hotel Radisson Blu. It featured Spanish tapas combined with wines of Aragón. Gastronomic+34 led the event, together with the association The Emirates Culinary Guild. This was an ideal platform for Spanish exporters interested in doing business in the Emirates.

Spain Food & Passion+34 Week, Dubai, June 2009

Spanish Week in Dubai, conceptualized by Gastronomic+34, consisted of eight dinners in the Hotel Al Bustan Rotana and the presentation and tasting of local products. The chef in charge of the menus was Xavier Franco, owner and chef of the Restaurant Saüc, in Barcelona (one Michelin star). Local famous names and professionals of the sector attended the event.

Spain Food & Passion+34 Tuesdays, Dubai, June 2009 – February 2010

Every Tuesday, over the course of four months, the Hotel Al Bustan Rotana hosted the Noche Española. It featured typical recipes and products of different Autonomous Communities. La Comunidad Valenciana, Aragón and Castilla la Mancha took part in this event. Gastronomic+34 idealized the entire event and arranged the inaugural dinner for about one hundred professionals of the local food service in attendance.
