FIAB, Washington, July 2011

On 11th July 2011, Gastronomic+34 organized VIVA: Discover the taste of Spain. It included innovative multimedia making it a fully interactive and sensorial event where the best of the Spanish gastronomy was shown to the press and the most influential professionals of the food and beverage sector of the US.

The event took place in the restaurant Jaleo DC, property of the chef José Andrés, and consisted of an oil tasting, an interactive and sensorial presentation and a Spanish cocktail.
