The Catalan Recipe. Dubai. November 2009
Gastronomic +34 conceptualized, designed and presented the “Catalan Recipe,” an audiovisual and innovative presentation about the culture, history, traditions and gastronomies of Cataluña. The presentation took place during the Gala dinner prepared by Chef Xavier Franco (Sauc Resturant) and belonged to the program that organized Prodeca, the company that promotes Catalan gastronomy in Dubai. The event was organized for the professionals of the sector in Dubai and had over 70 dinner guests in attendance. Among them were Josep Huget, innovative counselor, Universities and companies, and other Catalan locals and authorities.
